A Zero Balancing Touch Session is a full body session working your whole body using a touch called "Interface" I know where my fingertips end and where the start of your bones are. There is no energy sharing, blending or taking as I am working at interface, bone level.
Starting with a seated evaluation trapezius area, transverse processes (outer spine) and pelvis movement. Then lying on back (supine), I proceed to your shins, feet, sacrum and pelvis, ribs, hips, feet, head, upper ribs, shoulders, arms, head again, ribs, pelvis, knees, shins, feet, then integrating of session, walking, talking, drinking water and being kind to yourself.
